All computers (laptops and desktops) come with a 5-year hardware and product warranty.
*PCs will be refreshed by IT every 5 years, funded through the CAPEX budget.

IT peripherals (e.g., monitors, mice, keyboards, headsets, bag) are covered under product warranties ranging from 1 to 2 years.
*IT peripheral support will be managed through the OPEX budget.
